Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will apply a 15% restocking fee and credit the remaining balance less shipping towards the original payment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note your return will go through Meghan Jean's quality control department. We can not accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged in any way. Meghan Jean has the right to reject the return if the item appears worn or altered in any way. The full shipping return cost will be covered by the consumer. We will refund your credit card no later than 30 days after your return has been approved, less the 15% restocking and shipping fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately at this time, we do not accept any returns on personalized or engraved merchandise as these are considered a custom order. All pieces from the “Velvet Collection” are hand engraved and can not be returned. If you are not happy with your custom order please email us and we will work with you so that you are fully satisfied with your Meghan Jean Jewelry design.

Shipping Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
