Shipping policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United Staatess. Items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through FedEx or UPS once they become available.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, an adult signature will be required upon delivery. Meghan Jean Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Meghan Jean Jewelry's control.

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally.

Production Time

All of the Meghan Jean Jewelry is handmade to order in Los Angeles, California. While the process varies, please allow up to 4-8 weeks for production.

Returns

With all styles handmade to order, we do not accept returns. If there is a defect from shipping please contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee depending on the status of manufacturing. All cancellations will also be responsible for a 3% processing fee.
